Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and mandatory law grants you a withdrawal right for a distance service contract, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to Gina-Marie Malling, Prana Soul, Rawai, Phuket, Thailand, email info.pranasoul@gmail.com, stating your name, the service and booking reference. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.
Early performance
If you expressly request a service to begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already supplied. The right may expire after full performance only where the legally required express request and acknowledgement have been given.
Fixed-date activities
Some fixed-date leisure services may be exempt under applicable consumer law. Prana Soul does not rely on that exception universally; whether it applies depends on the particular service and governing mandatory law.
Model wording
“I hereby withdraw from the contract for the following service: [service]. Booked on: [date]. Name: [name]. Booking reference: [reference]. Date: [date].”
