1. Scope
These terms apply to services booked with Gina-Marie Malling, trading as Prana Soul. Individual written agreements take priority.
2. Request and contract
Submitting a form or email is a booking request. Any initial reservation is provisional. A binding contract is formed only when Prana Soul expressly confirms the booking. Automatic receipt or reservation messages alone are not final acceptance.
3. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or Revolut using the supplied reference. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 48 hours. An unpaid reservation may lapse. Displayed prices and the confirmed amount apply.
4. Five-class passes
Five-class passes are personal, non-transferable and valid for 3 months from confirmation unless agreed otherwise.
5. Client cancellation
A confirmed appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before it begins. Later cancellation or non-attendance is non-refundable unless Prana Soul agrees otherwise as a gesture of goodwill. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation by Prana Soul
If Prana Soul cancels and no suitable replacement is agreed, amounts paid for the affected service will be refunded.
7. Participation and health
Participants remain responsible for choosing movements and practices appropriate to them and for informing Prana Soul of relevant limitations. Services do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Instructions and safety guidance must be followed.
8. Online sessions
Clients are responsible for suitable equipment and a stable connection. If a material technical failure on Prana Soul’s side prevents the session, a replacement or refund will be offered.
9. Liability and law
Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law. The parties intend Thai law to apply, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised at info.pranasoul@gmail.com.
