Information collected
When you contact or request a booking, Prana Soul may process your name, email address, selected offering, message, appointment details, booking reference, payment status and related correspondence. Please do not send medical or other sensitive information unless necessary.
Purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries and initial consultations: requested pre-contractual steps and legitimate communication interests.
- Reservations, contracts, service delivery and payments: contract performance and pre-contractual steps.
- Legal, accounting and tax records: legal obligations.
- Sensitive information voluntarily shared for a suitable service: explicit consent where required, which may be withdrawn for future processing.
- Google Analytics: only after your consent, for statistical analysis and improvement of the website.
Google Analytics
Prana Soul uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the website is used after you voluntarily consent. This may include information about page views, interactions, technical device and browser characteristics, and approximate location information. The measurement ID used on this website is G-YSC87C0SMM.
Analytics is not enabled when you first visit. Only if you choose “Accept” in the consent banner is analytics storage granted and the Google tag loaded. If you choose “Reject”, Analytics remains disabled. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed later through “Cookie settings”.
The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. Google may process information internationally, including outside your country of residence. More information about cookies and consent is available under Cookies & Tracking.
Providers and international processing
The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Forms use Cloudflare Pages Functions and Google Apps Script; Google Sheets supports booking administration and Gmail sends and receives messages. Google Analytics 4 is used for optional web analytics. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable safeguards and terms. Transfer or Revolut payments are processed by the relevant payment provider.
Retention
- General enquiries and unconfirmed reservations: up to 6 months after the last contact.
- Contract and client correspondence: generally 3 years after the service ends.
- Accounting, payment and tax-relevant records: 7 years.
- Sensitive information: only while necessary for the agreed service or a binding duty.
- Analytics consent choice: until you change your selection through the cookie settings or delete the locally stored website data in your browser.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent for the future, and complain to a competent authority. Security and EU representation
Reasonable safeguards are used, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Prana Soul is established outside the EU and has not currently appointed an EU data-protection representative. Whether Article 27 GDPR requires one must be reassessed as regular EU-facing activity develops.
