About Prana Soul

Support that sees the whole person.

Prana Soul brings together body awareness, emotional understanding and practical wellbeing support — shaped around the person, never a fixed formula.

Prana Soul

Our Story

Created for everything that cannot be separated.

Prana Soul grew from the understanding that physical wellbeing, emotional experience and the way we live each day are deeply connected. When one part feels strained, looking at only one piece can leave something important unseen.

That is why Prana Soul does not begin with a ready-made programme. It begins with the person: what they are experiencing, what feels supportive now and what can realistically become part of their life.

The intention is simple — to offer a calm place where different forms of support can meet with care, clarity and respect for each person’s pace.

Founder

Gina Malling

Social Worker · Yoga Teacher

Gina brings together two perspectives that have shaped her work: the grounded, relational understanding of social work and the embodied awareness of yoga.

Her work in social services has included clinical settings, giving her experience in supporting people living with mental health conditions and navigating demanding periods in their lives. Yoga added another layer: a way to include the body, breath and felt experience in the process of reconnecting with oneself.

Her role is not to prescribe one path. It is to help people understand what they need, explore suitable practices and take steps that feel both meaningful and possible in everyday life.

Our Approach

What shapes the way we work.

The same principles guide every Prana Soul offering, whether the starting point is movement, meditation, counselling, Ayurveda or lifestyle support.

The person comes first.

We begin with your experience, needs and circumstances — not with a method that everyone is expected to fit.

Safety before intensity.

Support should feel respectful and steady. Nothing needs to be forced, rushed or shared before you are ready.

Body and mind belong together.

Thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and daily patterns can inform one another. We make space for the whole picture.

It has to work in real life.

Insights and practices become useful when they can be integrated gently into routines, relationships and everyday decisions.

Your pace is part of the process.

Lasting development is rarely linear. We adapt, reflect and continue without turning progress into pressure.
